The purchased download will provide you with PDFs that can easily be printed from your standard desktop printer. Each download consists of instructions, scalable pattern, and the CraftCosplay Specialty Cut Guide.
Instructions on how to set up and print are provided in the pattern document. The paper pattern can then be transferred to the thickness of foam indicated. Reference the Specialty Cut Guide and provided instructions to cut each piece from the foam as labeled. The pieces are then matched to their corresponding numbers on the pattern (order unnecessary) and glued using contact cement.
Once created, the foam should be heat sealed and finished however you’d like. We suggest sealing the foam with modPodge or other flexible sealant, painting flexible acrylic paints and using a topcoat of sealer to protect your paint job.
